38种中草药对半滑舌鳎源哈维氏弧菌的抑杀效果比较分析 被引量:4

摘要 为明确中草药对半滑舌鳎源哈维氏弧菌(Vibrio harveryi)的抑杀效果,选择38种常用中草药,采用牛津杯打孔法测定了中草药对半滑舌鳎源哈维氏弧菌的敏感性。结果哈维氏弧菌对五倍子、诃子和黄连等9种中草药高度敏感,其抑菌圈直径为22~27 mm;对大黄、虎杖和秦皮等10种中草药敏感,其抑菌圈直径为12~19 mm;对其他中草药无抑菌作用。同时,采用微量二倍稀释法和液体涂布法测定了上述19种中草药对哈维氏弧菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果表明:上述中草药对哈维氏弧菌均具有抑杀作用,其MIC和MBC分别为1.5~50 mg/mL和3.1~100 mg/mL,其中以五倍子的抑杀效果最好,对哈维氏弧菌的MIC为1.5 mg/mL,MBC为3.1 mg/mL。 To determine the bacteriostatic and bac⁃tericidal effects of Chinese herbal medicines on vibrio harveryi isolated from half-smooth tongue sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis),38 kinds of Chinese herbs were selected and the sensitivity of each Chinese herb to V.harveyi was determined by the oxford cup method.The nine kinds of Chinese herbs,such as Gallnut,Terminalia chebula Retz,and Coptis chinensis,had the strongest bacteriostatic effects on V.harveyi isolated from C.semilaevis,and their bacteriostatic ranges were 22-27 mm.The ten kinds of Chinese herbal medicines,such as Rhubarb,Polygonum cuspidatum and Cortex fraxini,had bacteriostatic effects on V.harveyi,and their bacteriostatic ranges were 12-19 mm.The other Chi⁃nese herbs had no bacteriostatic effect in the test.Meanwhile,the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC)of each of the 19 Chinese herbs with bacteriostatic effect were determined by the modified micro dilution method and the coating method.The 19 kinds of Chi⁃nese herbs all showed bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects on V.harveryi,and their MICs and MBCs were 1.5-50 mg/mL and 3.1-100 mg/mL,respectively.The bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects of Gall⁃nut were the best,with the MIC of 1.5 mg/mL and MBC of 3.1 mg/mL.
