摘要
目的:构建脑卒中吞咽功能障碍主要照顾者照护技能培训内容,为提升主要照顾者照护能力,促进脑卒中吞咽功能障碍病人康复提供参考。方法:通过文献查阅,初步构建脑卒中吞咽功能障碍主要照顾者照护技能培训内容,采用Delphi法对内容进行反复修订。结果:两轮专家积极性分别为75.00%和100.00%,权威系数均为0.88,各级内容指标变异系数均<0.25。最终培训内容共包括8个一级指标(疾病相关知识、基础训练、摄食训练、代偿性训练、管饲护理、口腔护理、误吸的预防和处理、营养管理),29个二级指标。结论:构建的脑卒中吞咽功能障碍主要照顾者照护技能培训内容,科学、合理并且可行性高,可为今后脑卒中吞咽功能障碍主要照顾者照护技能的培训或指导提供一定的参考。
Objective:To construct the training content of nursing skills for the main caregivers of stroke patients with dysphagia and to provide references for improving the nursing ability of the main caregivers and promoting the rehabilitation of stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods:Through literature review,the training content of nursing skills for the main caregivers of stroke patients with dysphagia was initially constructed,and the content was revised repeatedly by the Delphi method.Results:The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds were 71.43%and 100%,respectively;the authority coefficients were both 0.88.The coefficients of variation of content indicators at all levels were all<0.25.The final training content included 8 first-level indicators(disease-related knowledge,basic training,feeding training,compensatory training,tube feeding care,oral care,prevention and treatment of aspiration,and nutrition management)and 29 second-level indicators.Conclusions:The constructed training content of the nursing skills of the main caregivers of stroke patients with dysphagia was scientific,reasonable,and feasible.It could provide a specific reference for training or guiding the nursing skills of the main caregivers of stroke patients with dysphagia in the future.
