不中断交通条件下大跨盖梁的改造设计与应用

摘要 以某改建大跨盖梁为研究对象,在理论计算和有限元模拟的基础上,对改造后的大跨度盖梁的加固方案进行了比较和优化,以满足现行设计规范的要求。工程实践表明,在保证交通通行的前提下,通过加设临时支撑缩小盖梁跨径,重建结构的受力体系,可以安全方便地切断和改造大跨度盖梁,成果可供同类项目参考。 Taking the reconstruction of a long-span capping beam as the research object,based on the theoretical calculation and finite element simulation,the strengthening scheme of the reconstructed long-span capping beam is compared and optimized to meet the requirements of the current design code.The engineering practice shows that under the premise of ensuring traffic,the stress system of the reconstructed structure can safely and conveniently cut off and reconstruct the long-span capping beam by adding the temporary supports to reduce the span of the capping beam,which can be referred for the similar projects.
