摘要
以百合花为碳源和氮源,通过水热法制备出N掺杂碳点。通过透射电镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱(Raman)等对制备的N掺杂碳点的形貌和化学结构进行表征,并通过紫外-可见光吸收谱(UV-Vis)和荧光发射光谱(PL)等对N掺杂碳点的光学性能进行分析。结果表明:N掺杂碳点类似球状结构,平均粒径为2.7nm,其具有激发波长依赖性,荧光强度随激发波长的增加呈现先增加后降低的趋势,最佳激发波长和发射波长分别为365nm和450nm。研究表明,N掺杂碳点具有良好的光致发光特性和稳定性,有望应用于荧光防伪油墨。
N-doped carbon dots were prepared with hydrothermal method using lilies as the carbon and nitrogen sources.The morphology and chemical construction of prepared N-doped fluorescent carbon dots were studied by transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS),Fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Raman spectra(Raman).The optical properties of N-doped carbon dots were analyzed by ultravioletvisible absorption spectroscopy(UV-Vis)and fluorescence emission spectrocopy(PL).The results showed the N-doped carbon dots resemble spherical structures and the average grain diameter is 2.7nm.The N-doped fluorescent carbon dots showed excitation-dependent emission.The fluorescence intensity increases first and then decreases with the increase of excitation wavelength,the optimal excitation and emission wavelength are 365nm and 450nm.The N-doped carbon dots have good photoluminescence and stability characteristics,which expect to be used in fluorescent anti-counterfeiting ink.
