某重型商用车油箱转换阀支架断裂分析与改进

摘要 针对某重型商用车油箱转换阀支架断裂问题,从模态和应力应变角度进行综合分析,通过模态仿真和试验获得了支架的振动频率为28.6 Hz和63.9 Hz及其各频率下的振型,应力应变仿真和试验证实了支架在28.6 Hz频率处其Y向与Z向均出现峰值,且其应力应变值大于材料屈服强度。由此可知,支架在28.6 Hz处的频率与车辆怠速频率共振导致断裂。随后对支架结构和尺寸进行优化,使支架避开共振区而解决了该问题。 In view of the problem of bracket fracture for commercial truck fuel tank transfer,thepaper proposes a comprehensive analysis method in terms of modality and stress-strain.The bracketvibration frequencies 28.6 Hz and 63.9 Hz,and mode shapes under each frequency were obtained bymodal simulation and test.The Y and Z direction curve has a peak value in 28.6 Hz by stress-strainsimulation and test,and the stress-strain value is greater than material yield strength.Therefore,the28.6 Hz frequency resonates with truck idle frequency,causing bracket fracture.The problem is solvedafter making the bracket vibration frequency away from vehicle resonance region by optimizing bracketstructure and dimension.
