摘要
e-WTP的推广促进全球跨境电商的蓬勃发展,社会对跨境电商物流人才的需求急剧增加,培养适应社会需求,既有发展潜力、又有实践技能的应用型物流人才成为当前物流教育的迫切任务。文章首先探讨了跨境电商物流人才实践能力培养的必要性,对当前培养物流人才实践能力现状进行分析,并对如何培养与提升学生的实践能力提出建议。
The spread of e-WTP promotes the rapid development of global cross-border e-commerce,the social demand for cross-border e-commerce logistics talents increases sharply.It is an urgent task of logistics education to train applied logistics talents who meet the social needs and have both development potential and practical skills.Firstly,this paper discusses the necessity of cultivating practical ability of cross-border e-commerce logistics talents,analyzes the current situation of cultivating practical ability of logistics talents,and puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate and enhance students'practical ability.
