摘要
效率变革是驱动区域经济高质量发展的主要手段之一。在构建效率变革和经济高质量发展水平测评指标体系基础上,利用主成分分析法对区域效率变革和经济高质量发展水平进行综合测度,运用协整检验、脉冲响应函数、方差分解等方法分析区域效率变革与经济高质量发展之间的长期均衡关系和短期动态变化特征。基于安徽省实证数据分析认为:安徽省无论是效率变革水平还是经济高质量发展水平,总体上均呈上升变动趋势;效率变革是驱动安徽经济高质量发展的格兰杰原因,并对经济高质量发展具有正向促进作用且存在长期均衡变动关系;短期内效率变革对安徽经济高质量发展的冲击效果持续为正且呈逐步放大趋势。
On the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of efficiency reform and high-quality economic development level,this paper uses PCA to measure the efficiency change and High-Quality Economic Development level in Anhui Province from 2000 to 2018,and analyzes the long-term equilibrium relationship and short-term relationship between efficiency change and High-Quality Economic Development in Anhui Province by using co-integration test,impulse response function and variance decomposition.The results show that:no matter the level of efficiency change or the level of High-Quality Economic Development in Anhui Province,the overall trend is upward.In the efficiency reform,the level of enterprise operation efficiency fluctuates greatly,the speed of market competition efficiency is relatively slow,improving business environment and optimizing enterprise management mechanism should be the important aspects of efficiency reform in the future.The provincial efficiency change is the Granger cause of driving High-Quality Economic Development,and has a positive role in promoting the High-Quality Economic Development,and there is a longterm equilibrium change relationship;in the short-term,the impact effect of efficiency change on High-Quality Economic Development in Anhui province continues to be positive and gradually enlarged,which verifies the policy view that efficiency reform is the main line of regional economic High-Quality Economic Development.
