摘要
医疗机构制剂继承了中医药特色和优势,对医疗机构在临床和科研运用上起着非常重要的作用。对云南省54家州市医疗机构进行调查,其共有1127个制剂,含中药制剂634个制剂。云南作为中药材资源大省,亟待解决医疗机构制剂的开发问题。现综述云南省部分地州医疗机构制剂发展现状、开发情况、发展中存在的问题和大品种二次开发研究情况,从而提出加快我省发展医院机构制剂的对策和建议。
The preparations of medical institutions inherit the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and play a very important role in the clinical practice and scientific research of medical institutions.A survey was conducted on 54 medical institutions in Yunnan Province,which had a total of 1127 preparations containing 634 preparations of TCM.As a major province of Chinese medicine resources,Yunnan urgently needs to solve the development problems of pharmaceutical preparations.This paper reviews the status quo,development,development problems and secondary development of large-scale medical preparations in some medical institutions in Yunnan Province,and proposes countermeasures for accelerating the development of hospital institutional preparations.
