摘要
目的:探讨膝关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成的预防护理.方法:选取2018年11月-2019年11月我院收治的膝关节置换患者112例,随机分为2组,对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用预防护理.结果:观察组深静脉血栓与下肢肿痛发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在膝关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成的护理过程中应用预防护理,可以更好的减少患者下肢肿痛的发生几率,对预防深静脉血栓的形成效果理想,且患者的满意度较高,临床上应当进一步推广应用.
Objective:To explore the preventive nursing of deep vein thrombosis after knee arthroplasty.Methods:112 patients with knee replacement admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing and the research group received preventive nursing.Results:The incidence of deep venous thrombosis and lower extremity swelling and pain in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of preventive care in the nursing process of deep venous thrombosis after knee joint replacement can better reduce the incidence of lower extremity sweUing and pain in patients.It has an ideal effect on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis,and the patients have a high degree of satisfaction.Therefore,it should be further promoted in clinical practice.
