摘要
当今社会,人们的生活水平日益提高,对于环境保护的需求也越来越强烈,意识到环境保护的重要性,为此关于环保的问题成为当前比较热门的话题。我国在发展经济的同时,开始将更多的目光放在了环境影响评价工作中,并且出台了一系列的法律法规,规范经济社会发展进程中企业、个人行为,《环境保护法》便是其中最具权威性的法律之一,这也在很大程度上为我国环境影响评价工作的开展提供了理论依据。在新《环境保护法》出台以来,环境影响评价工作发生了很大的变化。而此次重点针对政策制度对环境影响评价工作进行分析,并且给予几点具有借鉴意义的建议,以期望能够充分发挥环保科技优势,为环境影响评价工作有效开展提供强有力的支撑。
In today’s society,people’s living standards are improving day by day,and the demand for environmental protection is becoming more and more intense.We are aware of the importance of environmental protection,so the issue of environmental protection has become a hot topic.For this reason,while developing economy,China began to pay more attention to environmental impact assessment,and issued a series of laws and regulations to regulate the behavior of enterprises and individuals in the process of economic and social development.Environmental protection law is one of the most authoritative laws,this also provides a theoretical basis for the development of environmental impact assessment in China.Since the promulgation of the new environmental protection law,great changes have taken place in environmental impact assessment.This paper focuses on the analysis of policy and system on environmental impact assessment,and gives some suggestions with reference,in order to give full play to the advantages of environmental protection science and technology,and provide strong support for the effective development of environmental impact assessment.
