摘要
煤塑层内部气体压力引起的焦炉结焦压力取决于煤塑层的透气性。塑性层的透气性取决于其密度和塑性煤本身的物理性质。将塑性层夹在焦炭与再固化层和煤层之间,研究了塑性层在焦炉宽度方向(即收缩和压缩方向)体积变化对塑性层密度和内气压的影响。在试验焦炉中对不同煤种进行夹心炭化试验,结果表明,内部气体压力不仅与塑性相中的煤种有关,而且还与再固化煤种和焦炉壁附近的焦相有关。利用X射线CT扫描仪测定了从煤单位体积转化而来的焦炭的相对体积,不同煤种的焦炉宽度差异很大。焦化过程中煤在焦炉宽度方向上的体积变化影响塑性层的密度和内部气压。焦炉壁附近煤的单位体积转化为半焦和焦炭的相对体积,高焦化压力煤比低焦化压力煤高。这使塑料层具有高密度,并在烘箱中心产生危险的高内部气体压力。
The coking pressure of coke oven caused by the gas pressure inside the coal plastic layer depends on the permeability of the coal plastic layer.The permeability of plastic layer depends on its density and physical properties of plastic coal.The plastic layer is sandwiched between coke,resolidif ied layer and coal seam.The effect of volume change of plastic layer in the direction of coke oven width(i.e.shrinkage and compression direction)on the density and internal pressure of plastic layer is studied.The results show that the internal gas pressure is not only related to the coal in the plastic phase,but also related to the re solidif ied coal and the coke phase near the coke oven wall.The relative volume of coke converted from unit volume of coal was measured by X-ray CT scanner.The coke oven width of different coal types was very different.The volume change of coal in the width direction of coke oven affects the density of plastic layer and internal pressure in coking process.The unit volume of coal near the coke oven wall is converted into the relative volume of semi coke and coke,and the high coking pressure coal is higher than the low coking pressure coal.This gives the plastic layer a high density and creates a dangerously high internal gas pressure in the center of the oven.
