摘要
“十四五”阶段,国家对于地表水监测能力提出了新的要求,整个水质监测由人工监测渐渐地向自动监测进行转型。在转型的过程中,作为标尺的人工监测的需求必定会增多。水质检测实验室作为输出数据的重要场所,对于实验室的安全管理会对实验教学、社会服务以及科学研究等都产生很大的影响。实验室中的风险因素是很多的,如果不能进行科学的管理的话甚至会威胁人们的生命安全,并带来巨大的损失。因此对水质检测实验室进行安全管理,保证其生产的安全性是非常有必要的。
During the“14th Five-Year”Period,the state put forward new requirements for surface water monitoring capacity.The whole water quality monitoring was gradually transformed from manual monitoring to automatic monitoring,the need for manual monitoring as a ruler is bound to increase.As an important place for the output data,the water quality testing laboratory has a great influence on the laboratory safety management,such as experimental teaching,social service and scientif ic research.There are many risk factors in the laboratory,if not scientif ically managed,it will even threaten the safety of people’s lives and bring huge losses.Therefore,it is necessary to manage the safety of the water quality testing laboratory and ensure the safety of its production.
