摘要
为了提高重症护理仪器管路约束定位装置的自动检测能力,提出基于故障信号频谱特征提取和聚类分析的重症护理仪器管路约束定位装置故障自动检测方法。利用传感器采集定位装置的力学状态特征和故障信息,对采集的故障信息进行多元参数跟踪识别,提取定位装置故障信息的谱特征量,采用频谱特征监测和异常状态特征检测的方法,实现对重症护理仪器管路约束定位装置的故障可靠性辨识,根据故障特征的融合和聚类结果实现故障检测和优化诊断识别。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行重症护理仪器管路约束定位装置检测的准确性较高,可靠性较好。
In order to improve the automatic detection ability of the pipeline restraint positioning device of the intensive care equipment, an automatic fault detection method based on the spectrum feature extraction and cluster analysis of the fault signal was proposed.The mechanical state characteristics and fault information of the positioning device are collected by sensors, and the collected fault information is tracked and identified by multiple parameters.The spectrum feature quantity of the fault information of the positioning device is extracted.The method of spectrum feature monitoring and abnormal state feature detection is used to realize the fault reliability identification of the pipeline constraint positioning device of the intensive care instrument The clustering result realizes fault detection and optimal diagnosis recognition.The simulation results show that the accuracy and reliability of this method are high.
