摘要
目的:探讨用常规西医疗法联合芪蛭通络胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法:选取2019年5月至2020年5月期间在图木舒克市人民医院接受诊治的78例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象。将这78例患者分为A组(39例)和B组(39例)。对两组患者均进行常规西医治疗,在此基础上,对A组患者用芪蛭通络胶囊进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者治疗的总有效率、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)及巴塞尔(Barthel)指数评定量表的评分、腓神经及胫神经的传导速度。结果:接受治疗后,A组患者治疗的总有效率及Barthel指数评定量表的评分均高于B组患者,其NIHSS的评分低于B组患者,其腓神经及胫神经的传导速度均快于B组患者,P<0.05。结论:在进行常规西医治疗的基础上,应用芪蛭通络胶囊辅助治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果较好,可有效地改善患者的神经功能。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of conventional western medicine combined with Qizhitongluo capsule in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.METHODS:A total of 78 patients with acute ischemic stroke who received diagnosis and treatment in Tumushuke People's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The 78 patients were divided into group A(39 cases)and group B(39 cases).Patients in both groups were treated with conventional western medicine.On this basis,patients in group A were treated with Qizhitongluo capsule.Then,the total response rate,the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and the Basel Index rating scale,and the conduction velocity of the peroneal and tibial nerves were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate and Barthel index rating scale score of group A were higher than that of group B,the NIHSS score of group A was lower than that of group B,and the conduction velocity of peroneal nerve and tibial nerve were faster than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,Qizhitongluo capsule has good clinical effect in the adjuvant treatment of acute ischemic stroke,and can effectively improve the neurological function of patients.
