摘要
目的:探究对帕金森病患者进行多学科护理的效果。方法:选择聊城市退役军人医院在2018年4月至2020年4月期间收治的帕金森病患者80例作为研究对象。根据护理方式的不同将其分为常规护理组和多学科护理组(40例/组)。对常规护理组患者进行常规护理,在此基础上对多学科护理细患者进行多学科护理,然后对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:接受护理后,多学科护理细患者的GUSS评分、MDS-UPDRS评分和ADL评分均高于常规护理组患者,P<0.05。结论:对帕金森病患者进行多学科护理的效果较好,能够显著改善其吞咽功能,提升其生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of multidisciplinary nursing for patients with Parkinson's disease.METHODS:A total of 80 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to Liaocheng Veterans Hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into routine nursing group and multidisciplinary nursing group(40 cases/group).Routine nursing for patients in the conventional nursing group,on this basis,multidisciplinary nursing for patients in the multidisciplinary nursing group,and then compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results:After receiving nursing care,the Guss score,MDS-UPDRS score and ADL score in multidisciplinary nursing group were higher than those in conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of multidisciplinary nursing for patients with Parkinson's disease is good,can significantly improve their swallowing function,improve their quality of life.
