摘要
空压机作为石油、化工、冶炼和矿山通风等诸多重要部门常用设备,一旦产生故障将会对生产造成严重影响。基于此,本文主要以L型活塞式低压空压机为例,分析其工作原理及设备结构,从活塞空压机的气阀故障、润滑油及冷却水这几方面出发,提出处理方法及建议。
Air compressor is commonly used in many important departments such as petroleum,chemical industry,smelting and mine ventilation.Once the failure occurs,it will have a serious impact on the production.Based on this,this paper mainly takes L-type piston type low pressure air compressor as an example,analyzes its working principle and equipment structure,and puts forward treatment methods and suggestions from the aspects of valve failure,lubricating oil and cooling water of piston air compressor.
