摘要
实验是一个验证性实验。分别采用自组装分体式旋光仪和WXG-4型旋光仪测量浓度已知的葡萄糖溶液的浓度,对比数据后发现,二者测量精度相近。相对于WXG-4型旋光仪,自组装分体式旋光仪可通过配套的光功率计显示光强变化,从而让学生更深刻地理解消光现象以及旋光的意义。此外,它还能完成许多与偏振光相关的实验。
This experiment is a confirmatory experiment.The author measured the known glucose solution concentration by the self-assembled split-type polarimeter and the WXG-4 type polarimeter,respectively.After comparing the data,it was found that the measurement accuracy was similar.Relative to WXG-4 type polarimeter,the self-assembled split-type polarimeter can display the change of light intensity through the matching optical power meter,so that students can have a deeper understanding of extinction phenomenon and the significance of optical rotation.In addition,it can perform many experiments related to polarized light.
