摘要
目的:探讨牙龈瘤翻瓣切除术对于常规切除术的疗效比较与分析。方法:纳入牙龈瘤患者48例,随机分为2组,实验组25例,采用局部翻瓣切除瘤体,微创骨修整后缝合;对照组23例,采用传统牙龈瘤切除术。比较两组复发率,术后疼痛、牙龈形态,所得数据经SPSS 19.0软件系统分析。结果:2组患者术后1年2组均无复发,实验组较对照组牙龈退缩少(P<0.05),龈乳头丰满度好(P<0.05),附着龈增加更明显(P<0.05);疼痛减轻快,且疼痛程度更小(P<0.05)。结论:牙龈瘤翻瓣切除术较常规切除术术区不适轻,术后牙龈形态恢复好。
Objective:To compare and the efficacy of flap resection with conventional resection of epulis.Methods:48 patients with epulis were randomly divided into 2 groups.25 patients in the experimental group were treated by local periodontal flap resection and suture after minimally invasive bone repair.23 patients in the control group were treated with traditional epulis resection without suture.The recurrence rates,postoperative pain,and gingival morphology were compared between the 2 groups.The data were analyzed by the SPSS 19.0 software system.Results:There was no recurrence in 1 year after surgery in both groups.Compared with the control group,the gingival recession was less(P<0.05),gingival papilla filling index was higher(P<0.05),the width of keratinized gingiva grew more(P<0.05)in the experimental group.The pain in the experimental group was alleviated faster than that in the control group,and the pain was less severe(P<0.05).Conclusion:Removing epulis with local periodontal flaps and suturing the gingival flaps after minimally invasive bone trimming can alleviate the discomfort in the operation area,and help to restore the gingival morphology and maintain long-term curative effect after tumor resection.
