摘要
体教融合是促进青少年全面健康发展的重要路径,是推动新时代青少年体育高质量发展的重要举措。在释读体教融合的时代背景和目标任务的基础上,以湖北第二师范学院深化体教融合的实践探索为例,分析总结融合的现实基础与存在的突出问题,构建高校深化体教融合的内部融合与外部融合有机互动的双循环模式,即以学校校园体育与教育融合为主的内循环;与体育系统、教育系统和社会体育组织融合的外循环。进一步从凝聚理念共识、构建运行机制、建立协同机制、完善学校体育体系、共建赛事体系、培育体育特色、培养体育师资等方面,探索可借鉴、可复制的实施路径,为高校深化体教融合提供参考样板。
The purpose of the integration of sports and education is to improve adolescents’integrated and healthy development,and to promote adolescents’sports high-quality development in new era.Based on the interpretation of historical background and objective tasks,the realistic basis and prominent problem of integration is analyzed,taking the practical exploration of deepening the integration of sports and education in Hubei University of Education as an example.And then the mutal interaction dual-cycle model of internal integration is constructed,which is focused on the integration of sports and education on campus,and the external integration which is centered on exchanges and cooperation with the sports system,the education system,and the social sports organization.Furthermore,referential and reproducible measures are put forward as follows:condensing consensus of the idea,constructing implementable and co-ordinational mechanism,improving the physical education system,co-constructing tournament system,cultivating sports characteristics,training sports teachers and sports professionals,which is aimed to provide the reference project for colleges and universities to deepen the integration of sports and education.
