摘要
文中分析了熟料散装装车操作的现状及存在的问题,并提出熟料自助装车的必要性。通过解决装车过程的关键问题,提出了一套有效的熟料散装自助装车方法,实现了无人值守的装车过程,同时解决冒灰问题与精准装车的问题。经验一年多实践检验,目前此解决方案在企业运行良好,在类似的场合有着较高的推广价值。
This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of clinker bulk loading operation,and puts forward the necessity of clinker self-service loading.By solving the key problems in the process of the plant,this paper puts forward a set of effective automatic bulk loading method of clinker,which realizes the unattended loading process,and solves the problems of ash emission and accurate loading.Experience more than a year of practice test>the solution is currently running well in enterprises>in similar occasions has a higher promotional value.
