摘要
通过数值模拟计算和现场工业试验相结合的方法,研究了废气回配技术对焦炉燃烧室燃烧过程的影响机理,并对比了不同废气回配量下立火道内NO生成情况的变化。废气回配技术可降低助燃气体中O2的浓度,降低高温区内NO的绝对生成量。当废气回配量达到40%时,能使废气中NO含量降低70%左右。
Through computer simulation plus pilot tests,study is conducted in this paper for the mechanism of waste gas recycling technology influencing combustion process in the combustion chamber.Comparison is also made for the changes of NO produced in vertical flues under different amounts of waste gas to be added.This technology could help reduce the O 2 content in the combustion air and minimize the NO formation at high-temperature position in the flues,i.e.when the amount of waste gas to be mixed reaches up to 40%,the NO in the waste gas could be cut by about 70%.
