摘要
从公众知情权的视角切入,以微博热搜榜为研究对象,基于其所具有的舆论影响力、社会公信力和公共议程属性等特征,对其公共信息平台的属性作出认定。在法律层面对“热搜真实”作出解读,就网络平台对热搜榜的干预范围和干预方式进行了论述。
This article,from the perspective of the Public’s Right to Know,focuses on a typical application called Weibo“Hot Search”.Based on its influence on public opinion,its social credibility and its nature of public agenda,it could be identified as a public information platform.Besides,this essay also seeks to interpret the meaning of“Hot Search Truth”in legal aspect and defines the scope and means of intervention from the social media platforms.
