微创介入治疗对急性脑梗死患者NGF、NTF、VEGF的影响 被引量:4

Influence of minimally invasive interventional therapy on the serum nerve growth factor,neurotrophic factor and vascular endothelial growth factor of acute cerebral infarction patients

摘要 目的探讨微创介入治疗对急性脑梗死患者血清神经生长因子(NGF)、神经营养因子(NTF)、内皮生长因子(VEGF)细胞因子的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年11月接收的发病时间<2周的急性脑梗死患者68例,同时给予常规药物治疗和康复训练,按照随机数字表法划分为研究组和对照组各34例,对照组采用药物溶栓保守治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予微创介入治疗,比较两组临床疗效以及治疗前后NGF、NTF、VEGF细胞因子的变化。结果相比对照组82.35%的治疗有效率,研究组治疗后总有效率提高了11.77%(P<0.05);治疗前两组各指标数据相比均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3 d及7 d,研究组各NGF、NTF、VEGF较治疗前及同期对照组有明显降低,且研究组治疗后的NIHSS与BI评分下降/升高幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用微创介入治疗可有效改善急性脑梗死患者血清神经生长因子、神经营养因子、内皮生长因子细胞因子水平,最大限度降低神经功能缺损,促进患者病情康复。 Objective To study the influence of minimally invasive interventional therapy on the serum nerve growth factor(NGF),neurotrophic factor(NTF)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)of acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods 68 acute cerebral infarction patients with onset time<2 weeks(2018.01-2019.11)were selected.The routine drug therapy and rehabilitation were performed.According to random number table number,patients were divided into research group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases).The control group was taken the conservative thrombolytic drug therapy.On the basis of the former,the research group was taken the minimally invasive interventional therapy.Treatment efficacy,NGF,NTF and VEGF levels were compared.Results Compared with control group(82.35%),the total effective rate in the research group was increased by 11.77%(P<0.05).Before treatment,clinical indicators between groups there were no statistical significantly differences(P>0.05).After 3d and 7d of treatment,NGF,NTF and VEGF levels in the research group were significantly lower than before and control group.The rising/decent degree of NIHSS(National Institute of Health stroke scale)and BI(Barthel index)scores in the research group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive interventional therapy can effectively improve the serum nerve growth factor,neurotrophic factor and vascular endothelial growth factor,reduce the neurological function deficit,and promote the fast rehabilitation.
