矿用宽体车发动机热平衡仿真与试验 被引量:1

摘要 以矿用宽体车的发动机水冷系统为分析对象,利用一维热流体仿真软件Flowmaster搭建其热平衡模型,对发动机的冷却系统进行仿真分析,同时与宽体车的热平衡试验结果进行对比分析。计算结果表明,软件仿真分析结果与热平衡试验数据基本吻合,证明了仿真模型的可靠性,为实现发动机冷却系统的快速设计和匹配提供了理论依据。 Taking the engine water cooling system of mine wide body truck as the analysis object,the thermal balance model was built by using one-dimensional thermal fluid simulation software Flowmaster,and the engine cooling system was simulated and analyzed.At the same time,the thermal balance test results of the wide body vehicle were compared and analyzed.The calculation results showed that the simulation results were basically consistent with the thermal balance test data,which could prove the reliability of the simulation model,and provide a theoretical basis for the rapid design and matching of engine cooling system.
