摘要
在专创融合背景下,运用OKR理论嵌入到工作坊模式中,有效实施高校创新创业教育,能够满足新时代下高校复合型人才培养新任务,夯实高校立德树人时代成果。通过整合校地区域资源、优化顶层设计、达成"教-产-就"区域协议等路径构建工作坊,进一步加强校地、校企、校政联系,培养具有时代特色、城市基因、校园文化的创新创业人才。
Under the background of Integration of specialty and innovation, the model of workshop which supported by using the theory of OKR can effectively increase and enhance the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship, feed the tasks of the collaborative and innovative talents in new era. We operate a new model of workshop by the methods of integrating area resources, optimizing top-level design and signing the agreement on producing, teaching and employing to build closer contact among college, enterprise and government, cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents which have characteristics of the culture of new era, city and campus.
