摘要
灌浆期高温胁迫会对小麦产量和品质造成严重影响。建立有效的小麦耐热鉴定技术,对耐热小麦新品种培育、耐热种质资源筛选以及小麦耐热机理研究具有重要意义。本研究以21个黄淮麦区小麦品种(系)为材料,通过在智能温室设置高温胁迫处理并比较不同耐热指标,确定利用智能温室鉴定小麦灌浆期耐热性的方法。结果表明,35℃是利用智能温室鉴定小麦灌浆期耐热性较为适宜的高温胁迫温度;主穗粒重最能客观反映小麦品种(系)受高温胁迫影响的程度,是判定智能温室小麦品种(系)灌浆期耐热性的主要指标。利用智能温室对小麦进行耐热性鉴定,不受周围环境及气候因素影响,可以精准控制温度、光照、湿度等因素,对小麦耐热性划分更加精准可靠。根据该技术判定小麦品种郑麦7698、安农0711、淮麦33、烟农19和济麦23具有较好的灌浆期耐热性。
High temperature stress during the grain filling stage seriously influences wheat yield and quality.The establishment of effective heat tolerance identification method is of great significance for breeding new heat-tolerant wheat variety,screening heat-tolerant germplasms,and studying heat-tolerant mechanisms.In this study,using 21 wheat varieties(lines)from the Yellow and Huaihe River Valley as materials,the method for heat-resistance identification of wheat at filling stage was established by setting high-temperature treatments in intelligent greenhouses,and different heat tolerance indexes were compared.The results indicated that 35℃was a suitable temperature for identifying heat resistance of wheat at filling stage in intelligent greenhouses.The grain weight of the main ear could objectively reflect the degree of wheat varieties(lines)affected by high temperature stress,so it was the main index to determine the heat resistance.The advantages of heat-tolerance identification of wheat in intelligent greenhouse were that it could not be influenced by surrounding environment and climate conditions due to accurate control of temperature,light and moisture,so the heat-tolerant classification of wheat was more accurate and reliable.Based on this method,Zhengmai 7698,Annong 0711,Huaimai 33,Yannong 19 and Jimai 23 were determined as heat-tolerant wheat varieties at filling stage.
