摘要
基于防振锤设计参数推导了防振锤锤头的质心位置和转动惯量,建立了防振锤的数学分析模型,给出将防振锤简化为数学模型的方法。以FD型防振锤为例对其动力特性展开研究,为防振锤的结构设计改进提供参考。研究表明:通过改变设计参数α可以控制防振锤二阶固有频率,通过调整设计参数α和β可以调节防振锤一阶固有频率;设计参数α和β对防振锤功率特性有较大影响,防振锤结构设计时需要保证两个参数在合适的范围内使防振锤具有更好的防振效果。
Based on the design parameters of the anti-vibration hammer,the position of the center of mass and the moment of inertia of the head of the anti-vibration hammer are deduced,the mathematical analysis model of the anti-vibration hammer is established,and the method to simplify the anti-vibration hammer into a mathematical model is given.Taking FD type anti-vibration hammer as an example,the dynamic characteristics of FD type anti-vibration hammer are studied to provide reference for the structural design improvement of anti-vibration hammer.The results show that the second-order natural frequency of the anti-vibration hammer can be controlled by changing the design parameterαand the first-order natural frequency can be adjusted by adjusting the design parametersαandβ.The design parametersαandβhave great impact on the power characteristics of the anti-vibration hammer.In the design of the anti-vibration hammer structure,it is necessary to ensure that the two parameters are within the appropriate range to make the anti-vibration hammer have better anti-vibration effect.
