摘要
目的对比分析全切法、小切口法以及埋线法三种重睑成形术的满意度和并发症发生率。方法河北工程大学临床医学院按照Cochrane系统评价方法,检索PubMed、Cochrane协作网图书馆、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据、维普数据库。检索时间为自建库至2020年5月5日。对上述三种重睑成形术的随机对照研究或回顾性研究进行筛选,并对纳入的研究进行质量评价。采用Rev Man 5.3软件对三种重睑成形术后的满意度及并发症进行评价。结果共纳入20篇文献3032例患者,其中全切法1075例,小切口法1300例,埋线法657例。⑴满意度方面:小切口法与全切法(95%CI:2.73,6.56,P<0.01)及埋线法比较(95%CI:3.23,7.81,P<0.01),其差异均有统计学意义;全切法与埋线法比较,其差异无统计学意义(95%CI:0.87,3.19,P>0.05)。⑵并发症方面:小切口法与全切法(95%CI:0.14,0.34,P<0.01)及埋线法比较(95%CI:0.09,0.56,P<0.01),其差异均有统计学意义;全切法与埋线法比较,其差异无统计学意义(95%CI:0.10,5.35,P>0.05)。结论本次Meta分析显示:小切口法重睑成形术在术后满意度方面高于全切法和埋线法,而术后并发症的发生率低于全切法和埋线法;小切口法可能是三种重睑成形术中的最佳术式,但术者需严格把握适应证,根据患者自身条件来选择相应术式。
Objective To analyze the satisfaction and incidence rate of complications of full incision method,small incision method and buried suture method in blepharoplasty.Methods According to the Cochrane systematic evaluation method,the PubMed database,Cochrane collaboration library,CNKI,Wanfang full-text database and Viper full-text database were retrieved on the computer.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to May 5 th,2020.The randomized controlled study or retrospective study of the above 3 methods was screened and the quality of included study was evaluated.The postoperative satisfaction and complications of the above 3 methods were evaluated by Rev Man 5.3.Results A total of 20 articles and 3032 patents were included,there were 1075 cases of full incision method,1300 cases of small incision method and 657 cases of buried suture method.(1)In terms of satisfaction:comparison between small incision method and full incision method(95%CI:2.73,6.56,P<0.01),comparison between small incision method and buried suture method(95%CI:3.23,7.81,P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between full incision method and buried suture method(95%CI:0.87,3.19,P>0.05),there was no statistical difference.(2)In terms of complications:comparison between small incision method and full incision method(95%CI:0.14,0.34,P<0.01),comparison between small incision method and buried suture method(95%CI:0.09,0.56,P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between total incision method and buried suture method(95%CI:0.10,5.35,P>0.05),there was no statistical difference.Conclusion TThe results of this meta-analysis showed that the postoperative satisfaction of small incision method is higher than that of full incision method and buried suture method,while the incidence rate of postoperative complications is lower than that of full incision method and buried suture method.The small incision method may be the best operation for blepharoplasty.The indications should be strictly grasp
