摘要
随着我国经济社会的高速发展,以及社会分工日益精细化,企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中占据一席之地,就必须做好部门间的协同工作,而这恰恰是企业执行力和效率的体现,是企业能否持续健康发展的关键保障。这当中企业财务管理人员的跨部门沟通意识与能力就显得尤为重要,也给财务管理人员提出了更高的要求。它要求财务管理人员除了要具备一定的专业素养外,还应具备良好的沟通意识,具备较强的跨部门沟通能力,便于及时有效地解决公司所存在的问题,改变部门各自为战的工作现状,并能够将各个部门通过制度流程联系起来进而构成一个整体,以此提高企业内部工作效率,促进企业经营业绩和战略目标的达成。本文就企业财务管理人员进行跨部门沟通时存在的困境提出合理的应对措施。
With the rapid development of China's economy and society and the increasingly refined social division of labor,if companies want to occupy a place in the fierce market competition,they must do a good job of coordination between departments,which is precisely the embodiment of corporate execution and effi ciency.It is the key guarantee for the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.The inter-departmental communication awareness and ability of enterprise fi nancial managers is particularly important,which also puts forward higher requirements for fi nancial managers.It requires fi nancial managers not only to have certain professional qualities,but also to have good communication awareness and strong inter-departmental communication ability,so as to solve the problems existing in the company in a timely and effective manner,change the working status of departments in their own way,and be able to link all departments through institutional processes to form a whole,so as to improve the internal work effi ciency of enterprises and promote the achievement of business performance and strategic goals.In this paper,reasonable countermeasures are put forward for the diffi culties existing in the inter-departmental communication of enterprise fi nancial managers.
