摘要
高校思想政治理论课是新时代落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,高校思想政治理论课教师是立德树人、铸魂育人的生力军。而"思政课"教师中青年教师群体是高校思想政治理论课教师的主力军之一。他们思维活跃、善于学习,整体素质较高,但也不同程度的存在教学素质与能力欠缺,学识魅力、教学魅力、人格魅力不足等突出问题。新时代青年思政课教师应积极"求真",提升理论功底魅力;追求"至善",提升课堂教学魅力;完善"审美",提升情感人格魅力;不断"践勇",提升与时俱进魅力。
