摘要
轴力伺服系统因能有效控制支撑轴力而得到广泛应用,但如何通过轴力来实现对围护侧向变形的精细化控制还有待研究。为此基于结构力学体系中的影响性原理,结合实际工程案例,从支撑轴力对围护侧向变形、土体流变的影响、支撑轴力的竖向相干性等方面探讨了其在软土地铁深基坑围护侧向变形主动控制中的应用。为更好地控制基坑开挖过程中的围护侧向变形,应用轴力伺服系统时,应遵循就近原则、尽早原则及分区控制原则,并根据不同轴力损失原因判断开启轴力自动补偿功能的时机,根据流变增量来不断调整轴力,使得轴力作用下坑内土体流变趋于收敛。结果表明,运用结构影响性原理,通过轴力伺服系统对支撑轴力主动调整,可实现对围护结构侧向变形的精细化主动控制,使围护的实际状态趋于目标状态,值得推广应用。
The axial force servo system has been widely used because it can effectively control the supporting axial force.However,how to control the lateral deformation by taking advantage of axial force of supports remains to be studied.For this reason,based on the influential principle in the structural mechanics system and combined with the actual engineering case,the influence of the supporting axial force on the lateral deformation of envelope structure and the rheological behavior of the soil,and the vertical coherence of the supporting axial force are discussed.For better control of the lateral deformation of the enclosure during the excavation of the foundation pit,the axial force servo system should be used in accordance with the principle of nearest,early and zone control,and determine the automatic compensation of the opening axial force according to the reasons of different axial force losses.And the axial force is continuously adjusted according to the rheological increase,so that the soil rheology in the pit tends to converge under the axial force.The results show that the structural influence principle is used to actively adjust the support axial force through the axial force servo system,which can realize the refined active control of the lateral deformation of the enclosure,so that the actual state of the enclosure tends to the target state,which is worthy of popularization and application.
