摘要
目的:观察直线偏振光红外线治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:选择2018年1月~2020年1月收治的80例肩周炎患者,对照组40例接受传统超短波治疗,试验组40例接受直线偏振光红外线治疗,比较两组患者疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组72.5%(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组VAS评分低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:直线偏振光红外线治疗肩周炎,疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of linear polarized light infrared in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:80 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected.40 patients in the control group received traditional ultrashort wave treatment,and 40 patients in the experimental group received linear polarized infrared treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0%,higher than 72.5%of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Linear polarized light infrared treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis,significant effect,worthy of promotion.
