摘要
目的:观察在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者中喉罩通气麻醉和气管插管全身麻醉的应用研究。方法:选择本院行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的患者74例,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组各37例。其中对照组采用气管插管全身麻醉进行麻醉处理,观察组采用喉罩通气麻醉进行麻醉处理。结果:观察组患者麻醉后不良反应发生率明显少于对照组,麻醉起效时间与阻滞完全时间均明显短于对照组,术后恢复自主呼吸时间、睁眼时间以及定向力恢复时间均明显快于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在腹腔镜下行胆囊切除术患者中采用喉罩通气麻醉处理,其不良反应发生率相对较少,具有较高安全性,同时麻醉效果更佳,患者在术后恢复迅速。
Objective:To observe the application of laryngeal mask ventilation anesthesia and tracheal intubation general anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:74 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,37 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with general anesthesia through tracheal intubation,and the observation group was anesthetized with laryngeal mask ventilation.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the time of onset and completion of anesthesia were significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the time of recovery of spontaneous respiration,opening eyes and directional force were significantly faster than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients with laryngeal mask ventilation anesthesia treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions is relatively small,with high safety,and the anesthesia effect is better,patients recover quickly after operation.
