摘要
目的:探讨中医护理技术对危重症患者胃肠功能的影响。方法:前瞻性研究,选取临沂市中医医院2019年2月-2019年12月收治的78例危重症患者纳入本次研究。根据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组采取常规干预,观察组采取中医护理技术干预。观察两组胃肠功能变化情况。结果:观察组排气、排便、肠鸣音恢复时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后胃肠功能各指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理技术干预应用于危重症患者有助于其肠胃恢复,可有效改善其胃肠功能。值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques on gastrointestinal function of critically ill patients.Methods:A prospective study included 78 critically ill patients admitted to Shandong Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to December 2019 was conducted.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups.The control group received routine intervention.The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology intervention.The changes of gastrointestinal function in the two groups were observed.Results:The recovery time of exhaust,defecation and bowel sounds in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of gastrointestinal function in the observation group after intervention were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique intervention in critical patients can help their gastrointestinal recovery and effectively improve their gastrointestinal function,which is worth popularizing.
