摘要
为探究3种乌克兰花楸的引种适应性,以橙色大果花楸、红色大果花楸、红色小果花楸为试材,研究其种子特征和生物学特征变化。结果表明,3种乌克兰花楸种子大小均大于百华花楸,千粒重也明显重于百华花楸,三种乌克兰花楸种子大小差距不明显,但千粒重不同,两种大果花楸差距不明显,红色小果花楸种子千粒重与百华花楸种子相近。常规恒温培养发芽方式均不能使四种花楸种子萌发;在引种多年后通过对3种乌克兰花楸与源种比较,筛选出的3种乌克兰花楸的性状特点,树干颜色有少许变色外,红色大果花楸叶有的呈卵圆形,其他保持原状;3种乌克兰花楸在哈尔滨驯化地各种物候特征随季节变化可以正常表达,同时发现与百华花楸比较,3种乌克兰花楸叶萌动、展叶、开花、结实期相对有提前趋势,特别是红色大果花楸,其他物候特征基本相近。
In order to explore the adaptability of three species of Sorbus L.In this paper,Sorbus hybrida‘chengsedaguo',Sorbus sambucifolia‘hongsedaguo'and Sorbus domestica‘hongsexiaoguo'were used as test materials,the changes of seed characteristics and biological characteristics were studied.The results showed that,the seed size of three species of Sorbus bungeana was larger than that of Sorbus pohuashanensis,and Thousand-grain weight is also significantly heavier than Sorbus pohuashanensis.There is no obvious difference in seed size of three Sorbus,but the thousand-grain weight is different.There is no obvious difference between Sorbus hybrida‘chengsedaguo'and Sorbus sambucifolia‘hongsedaguo',and the thousand-seed weight of Sorbus domestica‘hongsexiaoguo'seeds is similar to Sorbus pohuashanensis seeds.The results showed that the seeds of four Sorbus pohuashanensis could not be germinated by conventional constant temperature culture.After many years of introduction,the characteristics of three species of Sorbus were screened out by comparing the three species with the source species.Except for a little color change of trunk,some leaves of Sorbus sambucifolia‘hongsedaguo'were oval,others remained unchanged.The phenological characteristics of the three species changed with seasons in Harbin At the same time,it was found that compared with Sorbus pohuashanensis,the leaf germination,leaf development,flowering and fruiting period of the three species were relatively earlier,and the other phenological characteristics were basically similar.
