摘要
目的探讨先天性缺牙采用口腔修复治疗对语言功能和咀嚼功能的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月本院收治的先天性缺牙患者80例作为研究对象,按抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规正畸修复治疗,观察组采用口腔修复方法治疗。比较两组治疗后语言功能、咀嚼功能及治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组咀嚼功能及语言功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论先天性缺牙患者采用口腔修复治疗效果显著,能明显改善患者语言功能和咀嚼功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of oral restoration treatment on language function and chewing function.Methods 80 patients with congenital missing teeth admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional orthodontic restoration,and the observation group was treated with oral restoration.The language function,chewing function and therapeutic effect of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the chewing function score and language function score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 75.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The oral prosthetic treatment for patients with congenital absence of teeth has significant effect,which can significantly improve the language function and chewing function of the patient,and is worthy of clinical application.
