摘要
目的:评价全方位(OEC)管理模式在心脏导管室高值耗材管理流程优化中的应用效果。方法:应用OEC管理模式对心脏导管室高值耗材管理流程进行优化,收集2019年1-12月OEC管理流程优化实施前后的400份心脏导管室高值耗材管理数据,其中1-6月数据为管理流程优化实施前,7-12月数据为实施后,各200份;对比分析高值耗材管理流程优化实施前后导管室提交耗材申请订单时长、库管员执行力、出库完成率、计费正确率和导管室医护及辅助科室人员的满意度。结果:管理流程优化实施后导管室提交耗材申请订单时长明显少于优化前,差异有统计学意义(t=82.202,P<0.05);库管员出入库合格率、库房抽查合格率、盘点清点合格率、出库完成率和计费正确率实施后优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.240,χ^(2)=17.263,χ^(2)=31.919,χ^(2)=24.360,χ^(2)=21.711;P<0.05);导管室和辅助科室人员对耗材出入库、计费准确和便捷高效的满意度评分均明显高于实施前(t_(导管室)=-33.874,t=-32.846,t=-34.385;t_(辅助科室)=-35.307,t=-33.417,t=-34.385;P<0.05)。结论:OEC管理方法对心导管室高值耗材管理流程进行优化,可有效提高高值耗材管理效率和质量。
Objective:To evaluate the application effect of overall every control and clear(OEC)in optimization of management process of high-value consumables in cardiac catheterization room.Methods:OEC management mode was applied to optimize the management process of high-value consumables in the cardiac catheterization room.400 high-value consumables management data of cardiac catheterization room before and after implementation of OEC management process optimization from January to December 2019 were selected,of which the data from January to June ware before the implementation of the management process optimization,and the data from July to December ware after the implementation,200 for each group.The duration of submission of orders for consumables application in cardiac catheterization room,execution ability of warehouse keeper,delivery rate,billing accuracy rate and satisfaction of medical staff in the catheterization room and auxiliary departments before and after the implementation of the optimization of high-value consumables management process were compared between the two groups.Results:After the implementation of the optimization of high-value consumables management process,the duration of submission of orders for consumables application in cardiac catheterization room was significantly shorter than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(t=82.202,P<0.05);the qualified rate of warehouse keeper in and out of the warehouse,the qualified rate of random inspection of the warehouse,the qualified rate of inventory,the delivery rate and billing accuracy rate after the implementation were better than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=19.240,χ^(2)=17.263,χ^(2)=31.919,χ^(2)=24.360,χ^(2)=21.711;P<0.05);the satisfaction scores of the medical staff in the catheterization room and auxiliary departments on consumables go in and out of storage,accurate billing and convenience and efficiency were significantly higher than those before the im
