摘要
基于翻转课堂的“以学生为中心”混合式教学,使得教师能有更多的时间在课上与每个学生交流,针对学生提出的问题进行有针对性的讲解。在课后,学生自主规划学习内容、节奏、风格和呈现知识的方式,教师则采用讲授法和协作法来满足学生的需要和促成他们的个性化学习,其目的是让学生通过实践获得更多的知识。探讨了传统课堂教学与“以学生为中心”的混合式教学的区别,分析了传统教学模式的弊端,探究了如何开展基于翻转课堂的“以学生为中心”的混合式教学。
With“student-centered”blended teaching based on flipped classroom,teachers have more time to communicate with each student in class and to give targeted explanations on the questions raised by students.After class,students plan their learning content,learning speed,style and the way of presenting knowledge independently,while teachers use lecturing and cooperative method to satisfy students’needs and promote their individualized learning.The goal is to make students learn more knowledge through practice.This paper briefly discusses the difference between traditional classroom teaching and the“student-centered”blended teaching,analyzes the disadvantages of traditional teaching,and explores how to carry out“student-centered”blended teaching based on flipped classroom.
