摘要
双元制教育模式是战后德国经济起飞的秘密武器,是企业联合相应的职业学校共同创办的教育方式。双元制教育不同于传统大学课程学习,它的不同之处主要在于重视学生的实践性。口腔医学技术专业是一个实践性很强的专业,目的在于培养学生的专业能力和基本操作技能。以口腔医学技术应用型本科专业教育为切入点,分析了当前应用型本科院校口腔医学技术专业的教育现状,结合德国双元制教育方式,就如何提升教学质量这一关键问题进行了深刻思考,并提出了具体的改进方法和措施。
Dual system education model is a secret weapon for the rapid development of German economy after World War II.It’s an education model established by enterprises in combination with corresponding vocational schools.Unlike traditional university course learning,the dual system education mainly focuses on students’practicality.Stomatology technology major is a highly practical major,which aims to cultivate students’professional ability and basic operational skills.This paper takes the applied undergraduate professional education of stomatology technology as the starting point,and analyzes the current situation of this major.Combined with the German dual system education model,the key issue on how to improve the teaching quality is considered and the specific improvement methods and measures are proposed.
