摘要
目的:观察5E康复模式对尿毒症腹膜透析患者睡眠质量和护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2018年7月至2020年7月谷城县人民医院收治的尿毒症患者60例作为研究对象,按照双色球法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组则在常规护理的基础上,加用5E康复模式。统计并比较2组尿毒症患者的睡眠质量(PSQI)与护理满意度。结果:观察组尿毒症患者的PSQI评分低于对照组,且该组尿毒症患者对护理的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对尿毒症腹膜透析患者应用5E康复模式,可显著改善患者的睡眠质量,并且有助于提高临床护理满意度。
Objective:To observe the effect of 5E rehabilitation mode on sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of uremic patients under peritoneal dialysis.Methods:A total of 60 uremic patients admitted to Gucheng County People′s Hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the two-colored ball method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the observation group was given 5E rehabilitation mode in addition to the conventional nursing.The sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)]and nursing satisfaction of uremic patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The PSQI score of uremic patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;the total nursing satisfaction of uremic patients in this group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the 5E rehabilitation model in uremic patients under peritoneal dialysis can significantly improve their sleep quality and nursing satisfaction.
