摘要
目的:分析情绪疏导联合睡眠护理对普外科术后患者的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年10月辽宁省大连市庄河市中心医院急诊科庄河市中心医院普通外科收治的手术患者86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施情绪疏导联合睡眠护理。采用抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、观察2组睡眠质量。结果:观察组的SAS和SDS得分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),焦虑/抑郁情绪显著改善;预后观察组的PSQI量表得分显著降低,睡眠显著改善;观察组患者的护理满意度(95.35%)显著高于对照组(74.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:情绪疏导联合睡眠护理可以显著改善普外科术后患者的焦虑/抑郁情绪,提高其睡眠质量和护理满意度,值得进一步研究和推广。
Objective:To analyze the influence of mood counseling and sleep nursing on patients after general surgery.Methods:A total of 86 surgical patients admitted to the emergency department of Zhuanghe Central Hospital of Dalian City,Liaoning Province from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group on the basis of this emotional counseling combined with sleep care.The Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)was used.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),observation Sleep quality in both groups.Results:SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and anxiety/depression mood was significantly improved.Scores of PSQI scale were significantly decreased and sleep was significantly improved in the prognostic group.The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group(95.35%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.42%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of mood counseling and sleep care can significantly improve the anxiety/depression mood of patients after general surgery,and improve their sleep quality and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
