摘要
目的研究中药熏洗治疗儿童皮肤型过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法将60例符合入选条件的患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组,各30例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合中药熏洗。经过2周治疗后,观察2组患儿的临床疗效,患儿肢体皮疹消退情况,患儿后期皮疹复发及肾脏损害情况。结果治疗组皮疹消退一半时间和皮疹完全消退时间快于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后1、2、3个月的尿微量白蛋白(Microalbuminuria,mALB)尿常规红细胞低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后1、2、3个月的复发人次少于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后3个月出现肾脏损害的情况优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药熏洗可有效治疗皮肤型过敏性紫癜,加快皮疹的消退,同时可以减少复发及肾脏损害,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on cutaneous anaphylactoid purpura in children.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,the regression of the rash on both sides of the limbs,the rash recurrence and renal damage in the later period of the two groups were observed.Results The treatment group was faster than the control group in half time and complete time of the rash resolution(P<0.01).The Microalbuminuria(mALB)urinary routine erythrocytes in treatment group at 1,2 and 3 months after treatment were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).The number of relapse at 1,2 and 3 months after treatment in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of renal damage in the treatment group at 3 months after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can effectively treat skin type allergic purpura,accelerate the regression of rash,and reduce the recurrence and kidney damage,which is worthy of clinical application.
