摘要
目的分析在乳腺外科护理临床教学中基于微信平台的问题导向式教学方法的应用效果。方法于2017年1月—2017年12月选取乳腺外科实习护生30名设为控制组,采取常规护理教学,于2018年1月—2018年12月选取该科室实习护生30名设为实验组,采取基于微信平台的问题导向式教学方法。比较2组评判性思维能力、课堂创造氛围评分及对教学总满意率。结果实验组的评判性思维能力、课堂创造氛围评分及对教学总满意率高于控制组(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺外科护理临床教学中基于微信平台的问题导向式教学方法运用效果显著,即可提升教学效果和护生满意率,值得推广研究。
Objective To analyze the application effect of the problem-based teaching method based on WeChat platform in clinical nursing teaching of breast surgery.Methods From January to December 2017,30 nursing interns in breast surgery department were selected as the control group,and conventional nursing teaching was adopted.From January 2018 to December 2018,30 nursing students in this department were selected as the experimental group,and problem-based teaching method based on WeChat platform was adopted.The teaching scores and the total satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The critical thinking ability,classroom creating atmosphere score and total satisfaction rate to teaching of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing teaching of breast surgery,the application of the problem-based teaching method based on WeChat platform has a significant effect,which can improve the teaching effect and the satisfaction rate of nursing students,and it is worth promoting research.
