β_(2)受体兴奋剂雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘合并肺炎支原体感染患儿的效果 被引量:11

Effect of aerosol inhalation of β_(2) receptor stimulant on children with bronchial asthma combined with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection

摘要 目的探讨β_(2)受体兴奋剂雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘合并肺炎支原体感染患儿的效果。方法选取2016年6月-2019年6月淳安县第一人民医院收治的120例支气管哮喘合并肺炎支原体感染患儿随机分为对照组(单纯使用糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗)与治疗组(联合使用糖皮质激素+β_(2)受体兴奋剂雾化吸入治疗)各60例,比较两组患儿症状缓解时间、住院时间、肺功能及治疗效果。结果治疗组患儿各项临床症状缓解时间及住院时间均相对短于对照组患儿,各项肺功能指标均相对优于对照组患儿,治疗总有效率98.33%高于对照组患儿的85.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘合并肺炎支原体感染患儿在常规糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗基础上联合采用β_(2)受体兴奋剂雾化吸入治疗,能够加快症状缓解,改善肺功能,提高综合治疗效果,缩短住院时间。 Objective To explore the effect of aerosol inhalation of β_(2) receptor stimulant on children with bronchial asthma combined with Mycoplasma pneumoniae( MP) infection. Methods From June 2016 to June 2019,120 children with bronchial asthma combined with MP infection treated in the First People’s Hospital of Chun’an County were selected and randomly divided into control group( aerosol inhalation of glucocorticoid) and treatment group( aerosol inhalation of glucocorticoid and β_(2) receptor stimulant),60 cases in each group. The remission time of symptoms,hospitalization time,pulmonary function,and curative effect in the two groups were compared. Results The remission time of symptoms and hospitalization time in treatment group were shorter than those in control group,pulmonary function indexes in treatment group were better than those in control group,the total effective rate in treatment group was 98. 33%,which was higher than that in control group( 85. 00%)( P<0. 05). Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of glucocorticoid and β_(2) receptor stimulant in treatment of children with bronchial asthma combined with MP infection can accelerate relief of the symptoms,improve pulmonary function and comprehensive efficacy,and shorten hospitalization time.
