摘要
干眼病(dry eye disease,DED)是一种多因素的眼表疾病,其发病机制复杂,发病率逐年升高,临床上只能针对症状进行缓解,严重影响患者生活质量。本文介绍了DED的多种病因、发病机制和目前常见的动物模型,并重点介绍了动物模型与临床DED发病机制的相关性,以期为DED动物模型的发展和改进提供思路。
Dry eye disease (DED) is a multi-factor ocular surface disease with complex pathogenesis and an increasing incidence rate.Clinical treatment can only relieve symptoms,which seriously affects the quality of patients’ life.This paper introduces etiologies,pathogenesis and animal models of DED,and focuses on the correlation between animal models and clinical pathogenesis of DED,in order to provide ideas for the development and improvement of DED animal models.
