摘要
目的探究138例子宫肌瘤的临床治疗关键。方法138例子宫肌瘤患者,依照摸球法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组69例。给予对照组患者单一米非司酮治疗,给予观察组患者米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊进行治疗。对比两组疗效,两组治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及依从性评分。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率95.7%高于对照组患者的82.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组SAS评分为(54.35±0.29)分,SDS评分为(56.33±1.19)分,均低于对照组的(60.87±0.38)、(64.88±1.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的躯体运动、遵从医嘱、服用药物、健康教育评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合用药可以增强患者的治疗效果,进而改善患者的SAS、SDS评分,同时也能够增强患者的治疗依从性,所以在子宫肌瘤患者的临床治疗实践当中应当更多推广联合用药治疗方式。
Objective To investigate the key to clinical treatment of 138 cases of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 138 patients with uterine fibroids were divided into observation group and control group according to lottery method,with 69 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone alone,and the observation group was treated with mifepristone and Guizhi Fuling capsule.The efficacy,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and compliance score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.7%of the observation group was higher than 82.6%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS score(54.35±0.29)points and SDS score(56.33±1.19)points of the observation group were lower than(60.87±0.38)and(64.88±1.05)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical exercise,following doctor’s advice,taking medication and health education score of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy can enhance the therapeutic effect of patients with uterine fibroids,and then improve the SAS and SDS scores,but also can enhance the treatment compliance of patients.So it should be promoted in clinical practice.
