摘要
针对跨境电商行业存在信息服务不足的现实问题,构建跨境电商信息服务体系有助于提升跨境电商行业信息服务的质量。基于协同理论,从跨境电商信息服务主体、信息服务系统、信息服务客体及外部环境的角度构建了跨境电商信息服务体系,并在提高跨境电商信息服务的基础上,对政府、跨境电商信息服务机构、跨境电商信息服务平台及企业自身提出了若干建议。
Aiming at the practical problem of insufficient information service in the cross-border e-commerce industry,the construction of cross-border e-commerce information service system helps to improve the quality of cross-border e-commerce information service.Based on the synergetic theory,this paper constructs the cross-border e-commerce information service system from the perspectives of cross-border e-commerce information service subject,information service system,information service object and external environmen,and on the basis of improving cross-border e-commerce information services,puts forward some suggestions to the governments,cross-border e-commerce information service institutions,cross-border e-commerce information service platforms and enterprises themselves.
