摘要
通过网络和文献调研等方式调查新冠肺炎疫情期间我国32家省级及以上公共图书馆线上服务的内容与渠道,基于对线上服务现状的梳理,分析服务中存在的不足,提出转变服务理念以持续加大线上服务力度,利用先进信息技术创新线上服务方式,基于用户需求拓展线上数据服务内容,通过推动图书馆联盟发展实现信息资源共建共享及建立质量监管评价机制以完善线上服务运行管理等公共图书馆线上服务发展建议。
The paper investigates the online services of 32 public libraries of provincial cities and above during COVID-19 outbreak by means of network and literature research,based on carding the current situation of online services,analyses the deficiencies in the service,and puts forward some suggestions of online service of public libraries,such as changing the service concept,increasing online services continuously,using advanced information technology,innovating online service mode based on user need,expanding online data service content,promoting the development of the library alliance to realize the co-construction and sharing of information resources,and establishing the quality supervision mechanism.
