摘要
在阐述图书馆参与政府数据开放的驱动力基础上,通过调查分析,明确图书馆在政府数据开放中的角色定位,继而探讨我国图书馆参与政府数据开放的可行路径。研究发现,在政府数据开放实践中,图书馆可以扮演诸多角色,能够成为开放数据相关服务的提供者、数据开放建设的协助者、数据开发利用氛围的营造者和数据运用能力的培训者。我国图书馆应结合自身实际,通过提高参与的重视程度、加强数据资源建设、提供开放数据相关服务、寻求广泛合作以更好地参与政府数据开放。
On the basis of expounding the driving force of the library’s participation in the government data opening,this paper clarifies the role of the library in government data opening through investigation,and then probes into the feasible path of the library’s participation in the government data opening in China.It is found that in the practice of government data opening,the library can play many roles,such as the provider of open data related services,the helper of data opening construction,the builder of data development and utilization atmosphere and the trainer of data utilization ability.In order to better integrate into the government data opening,libraries should pay more attention to participation,strengthen the construction of data resources,provide open data related services,and seek extensive cooperation.
