摘要
头痛既是高血压最常见的症状,也是高血压患者就医的常见原因。现存的研究就高血压与头痛的关系并无统一结论,多数国外研究认为二者可互为因果和相互影响,但具体的病因机制至今仍不完全清楚。目前国内外尚无针对高血压与头痛关系研究的总结,现就国内外有关高血压与头痛关系的研究进展进行综述。
Headache is the most common symptom of hypertension and a common reason for hypertensive patients to seek medical attention.Existing studies have not reached a unified conclusion on the relationship between hypertension and headache.Most foreign studies believe that they can cause and affect each other,but the specific etiological mechanism is still not completely clear.At present,there is no review on the relationship between hypertension and headache at home and abroad,so this paper reviews the research progress of hypertension combined with headache at home and abroad.
